"A Father's Hope" - A successful exhibit of a conversion of fallen wood into a message of hope in a dampened society

"A Fathers' Hope"
2014 Carving on Acaia

Created to counter report of violence against women, this 3d depiction of a darling daughter held up high by her father expresses the unperverted side of the male and female relationships. This exhibit in UPLB was a success as it garnered deep emotional comments on hope, and nourishment form the UPLB community, truly acheiving what the artist intended to have in creating this artwork... (oh, thats me!) - Thank you Lord :) - a very pleasurable experience of being an artist.

A 30 second video about the recent project - a 13 feet artwork in Tanay Rizal. We are carving on a raintree trunk that was pronouced dead, from the roots.  This is a comissioned project by the Tanay Church and the Tanay Municipality.
